About Us
Lenex was founded by Antti Karppinen and Mikael Nyländen, both Master of Science (Technology) .
Together, the founders have over 20 years of combined experience in property tax consulting and the implementation of LEED certifications for existing buildings across a wide range of real estate projects.
Our operations are based on a lean organizational structure and direct expert involvement. This enables a flexible operating model and solutions that are precisely tailored to our clients’ needs.
Antti Karppinen
Founder, M.Sc. (Tech.)
Antti has 13 years of experience in real estate tax consulting at both individual property and portfolio levels, as well as in real estate tax assessments conducted during construction and development projects.
Mikael Nyländen
Founder, M.Sc. (Tech.)
Mikael has eight years of experience in managing and delivering LEED certification projects for existing buildings. In addition, his LEED AP credential provides clients benefits throughout the certification process.
